Velocity/Sponge-only v1.1 Alpha 2 release
- This fixes some issues that cannot be resolved through other means on platforms like Velocity and Sponge where commands do not work as wekk as I would like them to
- This contains some features from Alpha 3, including updated machine learning weights, that will be fully validated and released in the next alpha, along with other fixes later.
