Changelog:

• New check - CursorPosition. This is a scaffold-adjacent check that may catch badly programmed scaffold cheats.
• Balance default settings adjustments. If the check has been working well for you, then you don't necessarily need to worry about this. But, for stability max balance has been changed from 150 to 300.
• Internal changes in preparation for new experimental checks.
