- Fixed Halloween Event not being set to false by default
- Added a rule for Christmas Event in config
- Added Santa's Hat and Santa's Helper's Hat as a possible helmet for mobs (can drop from them too)
- Added Sweet Candies and Gingerbread Cookies as a possible item in hand for mobs (can drop from them too)
- Added Presents as a possible drop from mobs
- Presents may drop 1-2 common items (basically trash items)
- Presents may drop 1 rare item (these are the goodies)
- Presents are not stackable
- Presents make a sound when you open them based on rarity of the item you get

- Selected mobs (meaning all mobs that our plugin is changing drops for) have a chance to spawn with a carved pumpkin or jack o'lantern on their head!
- Added really rare chance (0.1% - cannot be changed!) for these selected mobs to drop a diamond!
- Added new glowstone dust drop from skeletons!
- Halloween Event (and all future events) can now be disabled / enabled via config file!
