Adventure
Explore the terrain, and see the biomes added by Biomes O' Plenty and Terralith. Sick of the overworld? See the Aether or the Nether, with its improved fortresses. Whatever your desire, there is somewhere to go, something to see, and someone to meet.
Multiplayer
Built for multiplayer servers! There are guild and claim systems, as well as a quest tree for giving your guild members tasks to achieve for you! Keep your bases protected in areas where only certain people can build, and choose who you want to be on your team.
Quests
While there aren't any quests in the pack on its own, there are easy ways to create quests, so if you want to make a story for the other players on your server, it is easy to do so.
Magic
If you enjoy magic, we've got you covered. We have Ars Nouveau, a mod for creating custom spells. There are many enchanted weapons from 5+ different mods, so choosing a new magical weapon will be a tough decision. There is even an enchantment automation mod to allow Create to work with enchanting!
Building
Maybe you don't enjoy leaving your home chunk, you just want your base to be the best you've ever made. There is plenty for that! We have the Create mod, so you can automate your bases to your heart's desire, as well as many farming mods for creating the most desirable dishes. There is still so much to do in one place, you won't be without anything to do at home.
Optimization
While this isn't intended to be a pack that runs super smoothly, it does have some small mods to help with smooth operation. At the very least, we recommend 4 gigabytes of dedicated memory to the modpack. 2 will work, but 4 will ensure smooth operation and chunk loading ease. If you are unsure of how to dedicate more RAM to your game, here is a walkthrough: How to Dedicate more Ram to Modpack
Client or Server?
Wandering the Trails is both! I upload 3 versions:
(C): The client-side version: If you are joining a server with the modpack installed, this is the one to choose. It doesn't include the server-side-only mods, so less power is required for you, and the server picks up the world generation.
(S): The server-side version: If you are setting up a server, this is your chosen version. It doesn't include client-side-only mods, so the server can run it without issue.
(D): The dedicated version: If you are playing in a single-player world, this is your desired version. It has both server-side and client-side mods, so you get the features from both versions in one pack.
