Subtle Effects

• Added Spark Providers. A resource pack driven system for customizing spark color and behavior for blocks. As a result, the mod will now only spawn sparks for vanilla blocks, modded blocks will have to be added with a resource pack. Documentation for adding Spark Providers can be found on the wiki here
• Added a list config to add additional biomes for frosty breath to spawn in
• Particles are now culled in unloaded chunks (With config to disable)
• Added entity burning particle support for Soul Fire'd
• Added a pitched up turtle egg break sound when normal eggs are thrown
• Added a config to change the height position of the on screen fire overlay
• Added a config to change how far a falling block needs to fall before it spawns dust
• Beacon particle spawning has been tweaked slightly
• Fixed the 'Not Common' item rarity display option not working when 'Particle Color' was set to 'Name Color'(#42)
• Fixed overriding Visuality attack particles in 1.21.3 (#47)

• Item rarity particles max height config has been reworked (should work about the same but the config values have changed)
• Added an item rarity particle speed config
• Added a density config for item rarity particles
• Beacon particles are now colored to match the beam color (Beacon particles config has also been reworked)
• Added a random delay to the start of frosty breath (This is so that every entity doesn't breath at the same time)
• Added some flame and spark particles to flint and steel when lighting a block eg candle, or campfire (I'm not entirely happy with this so it may change later)
• Added smoke and sparks to exploding creepers
• The Entities/Primed TNT config category has been renamed to Entities/Explosives
• Added small experience orb particles to experience bottles (By default this replaces the vanilla splash potion effect)
• Added a config for dust clouds to require the player to have the speed effect
• Fixed fireflies only spawning on the first night of a world

• Added a new config section called 'Humanoids' inside the 'Entities' config section. Frosty breath, drowning bubbles, heart beating, and stomach growling have been moved into here. This change will cause these configs to be reset, so you'll need to reconfigure them
