Most players on the Pepeland server use the official resource pack, which is available on the server's website. However, often updates to the resource pack are released quietly, and it's easy to miss them. You might only notice the update when you see someone with a pumpkin on their head saying, "Yeah, this is a hat." This issue has frustrated many players because they have to go back to the website to download and replace files in the resource pack folder. I myself went for a long time with a resource pack version 4 updates behind simply because I didn't know. For many, it's just too much hassle to update them.

That's why I developed a mod for Fabric that automatically checks for updates to the resource pack every time you log into Minecraft. If it finds updates, it quietly updates them in the background and then activates the new version, notifying you in the chat. Now, you don't need to go through any lengthy process to get the new version. All you have to do is log into the game! You can get the new version right in the minute it's released if you log in at that moment.
