Fixed a bug where Items that were damaged before the No Durability mod was added to a world, will still retain damage albeit not losing further durability.

Fixed a bug where Grindstone output may incorrectly generate.

Fixed a bug where the mod would not run on servers.
Bug Fix Update
Fixed a bug where the durability would be deducted in servers but the durability bar would not show up.
After this fix the durability bar will show like normal.
