  • Fixed a mod compatibility bug with Fabric API. Fabric API 0.126.0 or above is now required.
  • Fixed max players logic:
    • 4 players: <586kiB -> <512MiB
    • 4-8 players: 586kiB to 1.9MiB -> 512MiB to 2GiB
    • 8-16 players: >1.9MiB -> >2GiB
  • Matches are properly filtered now: Trying to join a Glide game no longer sometimes puts you in a Fistfight game and vice versa.
  • Moved around most maps so that they are consistent with how the lobby's maps are stored.
  • The new matchmaking server is now used.
  • Made most Minimega strings translatable.
  • Non-UPnP setups now have their IP properly set.
  • The dimension id no longer appears to be randomly generated.

0.0.1-alpha.16 proper:

  • Added a way to manually select a port to use when hosting a game. Check the new README.md file that Minimega generates in %minecraftfolder%/config/minimega for instructions on how to set it up.
  • Fixed a crash when authentication fails.
  • Fixed misleading error saying that L4J 1.8 was required instead of L4J 1.8.1.
  • Added new limits to the maximum amount of players:
    • If there is less than 2GB of RAM, the max player count is now 8.
    • If there is less than 600MB, the max player count is now 4.
  • Fistfight: Fixed active chunk areas not working in Fistfight.

  • Replaced the Legacy4J central server with a custom matchmaking server.
  • Connections are now P2P. (using UPnP with a modified version of WaifUPnP (source code bundled inside the JAR file))
  • Changed the mod icon to match the icon uploaded to Modrinth.
  • Increased wait time from 5 seconds to 30 seconds.
  • Connecting manually to a minigame lobby via LAN now once again functions correctly.
  • LAN worlds can no longer have multiple minigames running at the same time.
  • Creating a lobby with a player cap of 8 or 16 players now correctly actually sets the player cap to 8 or 16.
  • Elytras can no longer be activated after passing the finish line in Glide.
  • Unlinked all Discord accounts (whoops!), they will need to be relinked.

  • Mod now correctly links to the Modrinth page.
  • The community-made Lighthouse map has been added.

  • Added visual Score Attack rings! Keep in mind that they are purely cosmetic as of now and don't have any functionality. The rings visually override any block in its location. It should still be compatible with Sodium.
  • You can no longer make solo Glide matches on dedicated servers.
