-Cloud Golem boss Rebalanced (It now loses consciousness after laser attack, there is an option to disable this change in config), its not dealing much damage when flying after laser, he can now do single shots in second phase, and he can charge once more time when he is very low at health and he misses stun attack. also decreased the damage of the double hit combo.

Cloud Golem doesn't miss stun attack so much. Withered Scythe cannot be used for infinite elytra fuel source anymore, player must start ability on a block to make it work, if player starts ability in air, ability won't work. Buffed Wand of Clouds: + 1 Attack Damage, its faster now
Buffed The great Frost: it has much less cooldown on both abilities

-Legendary Monsters are not dealing so much damage on hard mode anymore
-Baby Skeloraptor cannot be ridden anymore.
-Skeletosaurus Egg doesn't drop when broken.
