Fix thin ice creating water in the nether

Backported these changes to 1.19.0:

• Made thin ice turn to water when broken
• Fixed slippery potion making player swim too fast

• Many block and item textures have been redone!
• Coconut husks are no longer used as saplings. Instead, we have added a Coconut Seedling, which works like a normal sapling. Many players have always been confused by the lack of a proper sapling that this change felt necessary.
• Coconut husks can now be used instead of bowls in all vanilla crafting recipes that require a bowl.
• Fixed penguins sometimes spawning too frequently
• Fixed sign textures sometimes missing
