- Added the overworld portal feature
Actually the fast travel feature does portals be to-one-side. And there was no way to ft back to overworld.
So this portal intended to just send players and mobs to the overworld.

- Improved the fast travel feature
Actually its work as well as /tp command, no loading stuck or smth.
The exit point coordinates is rounded by 32 blocks as default(configurable).
- Fixed compatibility with Geographicraft
- Changed preset format, breaking back compat with 3.x
- Added fast travel feature: teleport to dimension replaced by teleport to layer
Try to use portals in layered world
- Default preset, have infinity* stone under zero
- Fixed crashes with offseted layers
- Improved error logging
If you have issue, you can find "Generation issue" lines in your log for every failed cube
- Added support of ICubicWorldType as layers icons for such layer type should be in cubic_world_type_layers_background, same like dimension_layers_background
- Fixed lag on first opening of customizatino gui
- Improved cases of placing entities by generators
