I have known for some time about an ancient unused block in the game that many modern minecraft players don't even know about, and will never uncover. That's right, I'm talking about Petrified Oak slabs! If you're interested you can read more about them here.
Anyhow, I decided to retexture them to be dripstone because as of 1.20.4 it has no other polished or slab variants, and frankly I think dripstone has potential to be a great block for build palletes. It also just felt right, and reminded me of the early days of minecarft when smooth stone slabs were the only stone variant.
I hope when you add it to your world you'll enjoy it like I do!
To get the most out of this you'll want to download both the resource pack and data pack. The data pack makes the blocks craftable in both crafting tables and stonecutters, while the texture pack grants the visuals, and text.
Thanks again!
