Based on Hermitcraft Skizzleman's enchanted boat ideas (from here: https://youtu.be/bVPYBw5XhAA?t=1563 ).

Adds 4 enchantments that can be enchanted onto books (not directly on boats) and combined onto a boat (or chest boat) in an anvil.

Offroadin': When driving boat towards land, will lift boat just high enough to drive onto land.

Hoverin': When driving boat over lava, will cause boat to float upwards to safely hover over lava (floats back down when over land).

Sidecar: Adds an extra slot so a third entity can ride along.

Rooster Tail I-IV: Increases boat speed on water, may cause boat to leap out of water. :)
