updated to 1.21.5
fixed a dedicated server config sending crash
added a command to add ALL entity types to the collision black list at once, effectively turning it into a whitelist instead
added a setting to disable collisions for baby mobs
added a setting for player only mode so only a collision involving players will occur
changed the slimes bouncy setting into a custom list of entities that will be bouncy, slimes and magma cubes are the only defaults
added a setting to ignoreCollisionsWhenCrouching to allow easier maneuvering when stuck
