Relics: Artifacts Compat

◈ Fixed the ability to use relic abilities before unlocking them for most items.
◈ Fixed taking damage when removing the Umbrella right before a fall.
◈ The Soft Fall ability of the Umbrella can no longer be used while flying with elytra.
◈ The Air Shield ability of the Umbrella now protects only in front of the player like a regular shield, instead of offering 360-degree protection.
◈ Fixed the underwater breathing effect not refreshing properly when using the Snorkel.
◈ The Gallop ability of the Cowboy Hat now additionally increases the jump height and safe fall distance of a mount.
◈ Fixed incorrect invulnerability duration calculations for the Cross Necklace.
