Changelog

Improved item use protection, which should now also protect held item use when entering a chunk and item use on release.
Added projectile impact protection. It is considered a non-break/non-attack interaction first for exception purposes.
Expiration checks will now always run on server start and only then wait the configured interval.
This update will reset all party/claim expiration timers to avoid problems they could cause when coming from older versions.
Added some necessary null checks, which fix a crash when pondering Create fluid pipes.
Fixed an item dupe when playing with the Create mod.
Fixed crash when a dimension removed from the server still has forceloaded claims.
Fixed mob item toss protection affecting mob loot when there's a separate option for that.
Fixed position-specific entity interaction protection not working in some cases, e.g. when using Arclight.
Fixed duplicate translation keys for 2 server config options.
Some general refactors/rewrites.
(Forge) Fixed contraption minecart placement not being handled properly.
