Cavernous: Ancient Secrets [v2.0.0] [1.20.2]

The Ancient Secrets expansion for Cavernous introduces many new features centering around the new Undergrowth biome, and it's dark and mysterious past.

• [ ] Creepers no longer have reduced explosion radii or lingering fields of poison. I'm opting to make this a seperate pack for those who might want to disable it.

• [ ] Ancient Secrets Story
  • Follow a storyline that discovers the long forgotten mystery of "The Veil" a mysterious cult that seemingly dissappeared out of thin air. Taking you throughout the Undergrowth, you'll discover more and more about the history behind this biome.
• [ ] Added The Undergrowth
  • [ ] Ominous new biome found rarely underground
  • [ ] Giant growths of "Dreadroot" all throughout, reaching from the floor to the ceiling with blood red leaves
  • [ ] Ruins can be found throughout it
• [ ] Structures:
  • [ ] The Citadel
    • Ancient structure found in the undergrowth. Former home to The Veil.
  • [ ] The Monolith
    • Another structure that provides clues to the true backstory of the undergrowth
• [ ] Mobs:
  • [ ] Glob
    • Moving "glob" of some sort of meaty substance that spawns in the Undergrowth.
    • Explodes when near the player, causing knockback and the nausea effect.
    • Drops rotten flesh and bones. Gross.
  • [ ] Veil Guard
    • New variant of skeleton that spawns in the undergrowth
    • Melee attacks
    • Rare chance of dropping an ancient tablet (detailed in items section)

  • [ ] Ancient Tablet
    • Used to craft ancient gear, throw on ground with the desired gears respective crafting item.
  • [ ] Ancient Gear
    • [ ] Ancient Blade
      • Sword that does an incredible amount of damage but rapidly drains the user of their health.
      • Crafted with stone sword and ancient tablet.
    • [ ] Ancient Repeater
      • Crossbow that will automatically load any arrows into your inventory into it.
      • Rapid fire shooting
      • Drains health each shot
      • Crafted with crossbow and ancient tablet.
    • [ ] Ancient Shield
      • Build up blocked damage to stun enemies around you. Does damage to user at same time.
      • Sneak to teleport forward, damages user and any mobs in the way. Limit of 15 blocks.
      • Crafted with shield and ancient tablet
    • [ ] Ancient Armor
      • New armor set that lowers your maximum amount of health in exchange for abilities and power.
      • Each crafted with respective piece of diamond armor and an ancient tablet.
        • [ ] Mask
        • Blood Breathing enchantment - allows you to breath in blood (Water in the Undergrowth biome)
        • -2 Hearts
        • [ ] Robe
        • Adds +1 strength, stacks with leggings.
        • -3 Hearts
        • [ ] Leggings
        • Adds +1 strength, stacks with robe.
        • -2 Hearts
        • [ ] Boots
        • Adds +1 speed
        • -2 Hearts
      • Set Bonus: Left on one heart permanently but no longer need to eat food and can use any of the ancient gear without the blood toll from doing so.
